I am a Ph.D. student in Political Science at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), specializing in International Relations.

My research interest primarily centers around civil wars, non-state actors, the political economy of wars, terrorism, and quantitative research methods. I am currently focusing on a variety of research projects. My ongoing research projects include "Why Do Firms Fund Terrorism," "Border Instability and the Rise of Populism in Europe," and "Forensic Technology and the Tulsa Race Massacre.

I hold a master's degree in International Studies from the University of California, Irvine. Additionally, I hold a Master of Laws in Public International Law, as well as a Bachelor of Laws (magna cum laude) from the University of Tehran, Iran.
