I am a Ph.D. student in Political Science at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), specializing in International Relations.

My research interest primarily centers around civil wars, non-state actors, and quantitative research methods. I am currently focusing on a variety of research projects. My ongoing research projects include "Why Do Firms Fund Violent Non-State Actors," "Border Instability and the Rise of Populism in Europe," and "Forensic Technology and the Tulsa Race Massacre.

I hold a master's degree in International Studies from the University of California, Irvine. Additionally, I hold a Master of Laws in Public International Law, as well as a Bachelor of Laws (magna cum laude) from the University of Tehran, Iran.
